Do I have to sign a Buyer’s Representation Agreement to view homes?

No, you do not need to sign a Buyer’s Representation Agreement to view our company’s listings.

However, if you want to view homes listed by other companies, TREC rules require us to have a signed Showing or Buyer Representation Agreement in place to ensure proper disclosure and MLS compliance.

Is there a fee to view homes?

Yes, there is a $50 fee per showing if you are not working with a buyer’s agent. This helps us reserve time for serious buyers. Good news: If you buy one of our listings, this fee will be refunded at closing.
